In the water of our "Weightless" relaxation pool, which is up to 30 °C warm, relaxation begins all by itself. Surrounded by a rock grotto and torrent elements, swimming here becomes an experience for body and senses. Gentle massage jets release tension, your gaze is lost in the play of the water - and suddenly everything feels lighter. Stress gives way to tranquillity, thoughts become calm, muscles soften. Steam bath for physical regeneration.

Even the Romans knew about the relaxing effect of steaming heat, which has a positive effect on the hair, skin and respiratory organs. With a temperature of 40 to 50°C and a humidity of around 100%, the steam bath offers ideal conditions for physical regeneration. The cold water hose activates the circulation according to the Kneipp method.

The classic sweat room cultivated by the Finns relaxes with its interplay between hot and cold. The Finnish sauna purifies and detoxifies the body. The heat also loosens the muscles, stretches the tendons and strengthens the immune system.

Infrared sauna

Activates the regeneration of the body.

In this sauna, the infrared rays hit the skin directly and heat it up. The body absorbs the rays and generates healthy deep heat in the subcutaneous tissue, which flushes out harmful waste products and relieves the organs. In addition to increased calorie reduction, blood circulation and regeneration of the body are activated, circulation and the immune system are strengthened in a mild way and relaxation is supported. A pleasant side effect is the deep pore cleansing of the skin, which appears smoother, purer and more youthful.
