Directions to Hotel Kristall

The Tyrolean high plateau is accessible from three directions and can be reached by train, car or plane (via Innsbruck).
Tip: Did you know that Seefeld has the highest ICE train station?

On the day of arrival, your room will be ready for you and your loved ones to check in from 4 pm. If you book in advance and pay a small surcharge, you can join us at the breakfast buffet on the day of arrival.

• If you are arriving by plane , the nearest airport is in Innsbruck. We are happy to organize a transfer from the airport to the hotel for a fee.
• There are several public transport connections available. Reception will be happy to answer any questions and provide information. If you arrive by train, we will be happy to organize a shuttle from Seefeld train station to our hotel and back (for a fee).
• Of course it is also possible to arrive by car. We offer free parking spaces around the hotel or - for a fee of €15 per day - a space in our underground garage. E-charging stations are also available for your green journey by electric vehicle. Please note that winter tires are mandatory in Austria in winter road conditions from 1 November to 15 April.

On departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 11 am (check-out). We are happy to offer you a late check-out - subject to availability and for a small fee. Simply ask at reception.

The spa area with lockable lockers - subject to availability - can be booked on the day of arrival before 4 pm (early spa-in € 20 per person) and on the day of departure including afternoon buffet until 5 pm (late spa-out € 25 per person).

Please note: Late Spa-Out is not bookable on November 9, 2025 and March 15, 2026.
