We endeavor to make our website accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Act as amended to implement the European Accessibility Directive (Directive 2019/882) on the accessibility requirements for products and services. At Hotel Kristall, it is particularly important to us to ensure that all guests - regardless of their individual needs - have a pleasant and relaxing stay. We therefore consistently implement the requirements of the EU Accessibility Act and take care to make our services as accessible as possible.

Our offers and services are designed for ease of use and the best possible accessibility:

• Barrier-free access: all central areas such as reception, restaurant, wellness area and rooms are accessible without steps or by elevator.
• Orientation & information: Important information is clearly recognizable, easy to understand and also available in suitable formats on request.
• Rooms & facilities: Some of our rooms are specially designed for barrier-free use and have spacious movement areas and adapted bathrooms.
• Service & support: Our team is trained to respond to individual needs and is always on hand to provide support - whether on arrival, during your stay or for special requirements.
• Booking & Reservation: Use our handy inquiry form and send us your booking request. Our website is designed to be barrier-free. All information on rooms and offers is clearly structured. If you need assistance, reservations can of course also be made by telephone or e-mail - our team will be happy to take the time to consider your individual wishes and requirements.

With these measures, we want to ensure that our services are equally accessible and usable for all guests. Our goal is to reduce barriers, increase comfort and enable you to enjoy a carefree vacation in Leutasch.

The evaluation was carried out according to WCAG 2.2.

The evaluation of the compatibility of the website with the BaFG was carried out in the form of a self-test in accordance with WCAG 2.2. Usability and accessibility are very important to us. Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

• Incompatibility with accessibility regulations: There are PDF documents available for download on the website that are not yet accessible. If you need help with non-accessible PDF documents, please contact office@hotel-kristall.at. In this case, we will try to make the content available to you in a suitable manner as far as possible.
• Disproportionate burden: For economic and organizational reasons, it is currently not yet possible to make older PDF documents and Office documents (etc.) accessible.

The listed incompatibilities with the accessibility regulations are being corrected on an ongoing basis.

• This content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legislation: There are older documents and content available on the website that are not accessible. As these were published before 28.06.2025, they are exempt from the Accessibility Act and no comprehensive changes are currently planned for them.
• The website contains documents and content from third-party providers that are neither developed, financed nor controlled by us. No statement can be made regarding the compatibility of this third-party content with the accessibility regulations and it is therefore also exempt from the requirements of the Accessibility Act.
