Daniel Pfeffel welcomes you at reception - always with a smile and an open ear for your vacation wishes. Brother Bernhard provides delicious highlights in the kitchen - with a love of regional cuisine.
In the background with many years of experience: senior chefs Theodor and Annemarie Pfeffel. The Hubertushof in Leutasch is also family-run - by brother Andreas Pfeffel and his wife Jelena.

From a small family business to an adults-only hideaway in Leutasch in Tyrol.
The history of the Hotel Kristall.
What began in 1973 with an east wing has developed over the decades into today's Hotel Kristall in Leutasch in Tyrol - a stylish retreat for adult guests that combines tradition and modernity. The originally separate west wing - at that time an independent guesthouse - was connected in 1979 through a conversion. A garage and cellar were added - the foundation stone for future growth was laid.
In the years 1981 to 1996, the first wellness impulses followed with a sports and relaxation pool, sauna and the expansion of the restaurant. With the takeover by the Pfeffel family in 2004, the hotel was given a breath of fresh air: a winter garden, new reception, modernized rooms, suites and restaurant areas were created.
The big milestone: 2022 - after extensive renovations, Hotel Kristall boasts a rooftop infinity pool, panoramic sauna, new rooms and suites, a stylish lobby with bar and even more spa flair with cuddly bunks and retreat islands.
Since spring 2023, Hotel Kristall has been an exclusive adults-only hotel in Tyrol - for anyone looking for wellness, peace and quiet and real relaxation on a summer or winter vacation in Leutasch in Tyrol.

Homemade schnapps & fine wines with a family history.
Some stories are just too good not to celebrate with a glass of schnapps. Our herbal schnapps recipe, for example - handed down by the grandmother of the grandmother of the grandmother. Who exactly was it? Nobody knows anymore. What we do know: The taste is legendary!
Our walnut schnapps is also a hit - no wonder, after all, the nuts come straight from our grandmother's garden in Styria. Cranberry schnapps? Homemade too, of course. And then there's our pine cone schnapps - fresh from spring, resinous and honest. A guest once said it tasted "like a tree to drink". And yes, that's pretty accurate.
For all those who prefer to reach for a glass instead of a snifter: Our uncle supplies us with excellent wines from the Pfeffel winery in the Wachau - from Grüner Veltliner to Blauer Zweigelt. Cheers!
